Appointment Reschedule or Cancellation
Clients receive text message reminders 48 hours before their scheduled appointments. If you receive a reminder and you can no longer make that appointment it is required that you text or email the salon that day. This helps open the spot to someone else who might be waiting and gives your stylist the opportunity to still earn income during that time booked. Providing less than 2 days prior notice requires the client pay 50% of the service booked as a late reschedule/cancellation fee.
Same Day Cancellation or No Show
Same day cancellations and no shows are both subject to being charged 100% of the service booked. This is because it does not provide us with time to offer the spot to others or the opportunity to fill it. Because operation costs still occur, the salon loses money if there is a same day cancellation or no show.
Emergencies happen and some things are out of our control, please reach out if you have questions about these policies. All fees are billed via Square invoices and are due when received.
